This page explains what information Kinesis Weddings collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
What we collect
When you inquire or book, we receive what you send: names, email addresses, wedding date and venue details, and messages you include. On the wedding day, we create photographs and films as part of the service you commissioned.
Browsing this public site does not require an account. Standard server or analytics logs may record technical data (e.g. IP region, browser type) as typical for hosting—used for security and performance, not sold.
How we use it
We use contact and wedding details to respond, plan coverage, deliver your gallery and film, and communicate about your job. We don’t sell your personal information to third-party marketers.
Marketing or portfolio use of recognisable imagery happens only with consent as agreed in writing (usually your contract or a separate release)—not by default.
Retention & your rights
We retain business records and delivered work as needed to serve you and meet professional and legal obligations. For privacy questions, corrections, or deletion requests that don’t conflict with those obligations, reach us through the inquiry form.
