Reserve Your Wedding Date — Kinesis Weddings

Start here

Tell us about the wedding.

The goal here is simple: understand the date, the venue, and the kind of coverage you are looking for so the next reply can actually be useful.

Date, venue, and coverage

The fields below mirror what we ask couples to include for a useful first reply—tell us what you know so far.

We read every inquiry personally. First replies are typically within 1–2 business days with availability and guidance; if we are not a fit or the date is held, we say so clearly so your shortlist stays on track.

The secure booking form is not available on this deployment yet. Use the inquiry form with your date, venue, and coverage goals—we read everything personally. (Operators: set VITE_PUBLIC_API_URL at build time.)

If you do not see a reply, check spam or promotions just in case.

You do not need everything figured out yet.

If you already know the venue, timing, and whether you want photography, films, or both, that helps.

If you do not, that is fine too. A good inquiry should open the right conversation, not require a finished production brief.

What happens after you email

We read for your date, locations, and whether stills, film, or both should serve what you want remembered. If we’re available and a fit, we recommend hours and a collection tier in plain language—sometimes after a short call or voice note so priorities and tone line up before numbers land in your inbox.

When you’re ready to move forward, your agreement spells out deliverables and payment milestones; your retainer secures the date. If we’re booked or not the right match, we tell you quickly so your shortlist stays on track.

  • First reply: availability and initial guidance (typically within 1–2 business days)
  • Aligned? Written scope and investment tailored to your wedding
  • Ready to proceed? Agreement + retainer to hold your date

Tell us about your wedding—what helps most

You don’t need a final run sheet. A clear snapshot is enough for a useful first conversation; we’ll ask sharper questions once we understand your setting and guest scale.

Paste anything that helps—Pinterest or references are fine. We translate mood boards into what’s realistic for your light and venue, not a copy of someone else’s Saturday.

  • Wedding date or narrow range you’re considering
  • Ceremony and reception locations—or parish / area if you’re still deciding
  • Interest in photography, wedding film, or combined coverage
  • Approximate guest count
  • Priorities or worries: outdoor vows and wind, ballroom LED, Tobago ferries, family formals, speeches, cultural segments…
  • Your names and the email address you want on all follow-up

If your plans are still moving

Many couples start while shortlisting venues or choosing between photo-only and combined coverage—we expect that. We won’t push a second medium if one service fits better.

Planning from abroad is normal. Note your timezone and any island visit dates; we coordinate with the same clarity we give local couples.

Build context before you write—if you want it

Service pages explain what each medium does best. Wedding stories walk through real Trinidad & Tobago days; venue guides offer checklist-style notes for similar settings. Reviews describe how couples felt after the fact. If you already have a planner or sound team, mention them—we read wedding-team sections the same way you do.
